Ruth Faden Receives ASBH Lifetime Achievement Award

Senior Research Scholar Ruth Faden has won the Lifetime Achievment Award from theAmerican Society for Bioethics and Humanities (ASBH). The Lifetime Achievement award is reserved for scholars who have made substantial contributions to the field of bioethics through their teaching and research. Faden is the fourth KIE scholar to win this award, following Robert Veatch, Tom Beauchamp, and Edmund Pellegrino. Including Faden's award, the Kennedy Institute has now received more ASBH Lifetime Achievement Awards and more Hastings Center Henry Knowles Beecher Awards than any other organization.
