Lodging (June 1-5, 2009)

Accommodations must be booked individually at local hotels. We recommend early reservations due to the number of competing events in the metropolitan area during this period. Costs generally range from $180-$250 per night in the Washington area. Click here for the Washington, DC tourism office.

Because the IBC begins on Monday morning, the Holiday Inn Georgetown has agreed to extend its special IBC negotiated rate of $189 for an additional day for either the Saturday BEFORE or Saturday AFTER the IBC in order that you might enjoy visiting Washington, DC. The 'extra stay' days are limited in number for rooms being held, so act quickly!

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Number of rooms blocked is limited so early reservation is advised; deadline for this rate at the Holiday Inn Georgetown is May 1, 2009.
