The Kennedy Institute of Ethics is proud to announce Georgetown’s third-annual Bioethics Research Showcase, which will feature undergraduate research work in a campus-wide juried event.
The Showcase is a juried exhibition of student work in a variety of categories and disciplines, situated at the intersection of the many topics in the ethics of health, the environment, and emerging technologies that comprise the field of bioethics.
A distinguished panel of judges will judge submissions and award cash prizes for outstanding student work. Selected submissions will also appear online in a curated gallery hosted by the KIE, so that student work can reach an even broader audience.
This year’s Showcase will take place April 5–6, 2017, with a final submission deadline of March 27th, 2017, at 5pm EST. Work will be displayed in the Healey Family Student Center (Great Room), with an awards ceremony on the evening of the 5th and a stage performance on the evening of the 6th.
Interested students may sign up for email updates about resources for developing a project, and review work from prior years to inspire the creative process for this year.
