The EthicsLab team is in the beginning phases of development for a new suite of efforts on the ethics of big data. The team is currently identifying experts from academia and Georgetown’s alumni network to collaborate on the development and delivery of a new course for next year as well as direct impact projects on campus and beyond.
This past week the team held multiple design sessions with our new friend and Georgetown alum Jamil Poonja to begin designing what an academic year’s worth of activity (both curricular and co-curricular) in this area would look like as well as EthicsLab’s operational model to support this and other focus areas.
