KIE to host Chuck Todd, Cathy O’Neil, Mayra Buvinic, Rick Smolan in annual Conversations in Bioethics event

The Kennedy Institute of Ethics is holding Conversations in Bioethics Thursday, Feb. 1. This year’s topic is data ethics and will feature distinguished speakers, including Chuck Todd, NBC News Political Director and moderator of “Meet the Press”, Cathy O’Neil, data scientist and mathematician, author of New York Time’s best seller “Weapons of Math Destruction: How Big Data Increases Inequality and Threatens Democracy”, Rick Smolan, photographer, CEO of Against All Odds Productions, and New York Times best-selling author, and Mayra Buvinic, Senior Fellow, Data2X, United Nations Foundation.
