McDonald-Agape Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Anne Dalle Ave is a McDonald-Agape postdoctoral fellow at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics. Her primary areas of research are ethical issues related to organ donation, end-of-life care, and determination of death. She is now focusing her research on the interface between spirituality and ethics in medicine, particularly on consciousness and on the boundary between life and death. Dr. Dalle Ave earned her MD at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2002 and her masters degree in Bioethics at Columbia University, NYC, in 2012.
