Thanks to Dr. Jonathon Erlen

The Kennedy Institute of Ethics and the staff of the Bioethics Research Library (BRL) would like to thank Dr. Jonathon Erlen for his valuable contribution to the development of our collection. Dr. Erlen is an emeritus History of Medicine Librarian at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Erlen regularly searches for, and harvests citations to, bioethics-related dissertations, then shares his findings with the BRL. This research has helped the library acquire pertinent dissertations. In addition, Dr. Erlen’s systematic efforts assist the reference team as it seeks to guide patrons to other relevant dissertations. We are deeply grateful and send our best wishes Dr. Erlen.
